Jay Murchison

Jay Murchison

Sr. Managing Partner/President

Jay began his career in the IT industry nearly 18 years ago. Since then, he has worked for local and global corporations and held various positions in sales and account management, but his true passion has always been recruiting. In 2012, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to form Concero Technology Group. He wanted to establish and lead a company that would reflect his vision of a successful recruiting firm — dynamic, responsive and service oriented.

Leveraging his knowledge of the industry and deep relationships with key accounts, Jay has worked hard to make Concero a recognized leader in IT consulting, while hopefully having some fun, too! Active in the St. Louis community, Jay is involved with various organizations. He earned a business degree in management from the University of Missouri, where he was a two-sport letterman (football and track). He was a four-year starter for the Mizzou Tigers football program. He loves spending time with his wife, twin boys and older son.

Bet you didn’t know: Jay is only one junior college credit away from being a Rocket Scientist and Brain Surgeon.

Ben Kandlbinder

Ben Kandlbinder

Managing Partner

Ben is one of the original founders of Concero Technology Group. He is a current Managing Partner and has a true passion for the growth and direction of Concero. Ben has worked in the IT field for more than 10 years and understands the dynamics of connecting businesses and IT professionals. Ben has had the opportunity to start and maintain several businesses over the last 12 years and finds great pride in watching an organization grow and prosper.

Ben has a bachelor’s degree business management from Missouri State University, where he played basketball and was a four-year starter for the Bears. He is part of numerous organizations and clubs to which he donates time, money and other resources. He enjoys golfing, fitness, and reading. Ben resides in 0’Fallon, Missouri with his wife Julie and their three boys.

Bet you didn’t know:  Ben once played and walked 63 holes of golf in one day.

Patrick Ruzicka

Patrick Ruzicka

Managing Partner

Patrick is a results-oriented leader and a Managing Partner for Concero Technology Group. He has been in information technology sales, recruiting, and management for over 13 years, including 10 years with a national IT staffing and services firm. With extensive experience in project-based IT staffing solutions, he has helped start-ups to Fortune 100 companies secure the resources needed to help their projects succeed and their companies grow. He has enjoyed helping other account managers and recruiters grow and become seasoned IT staffing professionals.

Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from THE Fontbonne University and is a proud Griffin! He lives in St. Louis with his wife and very active son.

Bet you didn’t know: In Pat’s spare time he provides free haircuts for the Concero staff.


Carl Alsbach

Technical Recruiter

Carl joined the Concero team in October 2015. While Carl is new to IT recruiting, he is very skilled at understanding complex subjects and being able to transfer his knowledge to practical use. He has a competitive nature, as he gives 110% in all that he does, and will not just “give up” when presented with challenging situations. A graduate of Fontbonne University, with a bachelor of science in biology and chemistry. A collegiate athlete, he was a member of the Griffins NCAA D3 soccer team.

Bet you didn’t know: He can be found practicing his Swine calling technique on the weekends as he prepares for national “pig calling” competition.

Danielle Goldsmith

Technical Recruiter

Danielle started with Concero Technology in September 2016. Previously, Danielle was in recruiting in the public sector for several years. Although new to technical recruiting, Danielle decided to move into the technology space because of the expanding importance it has in the business world. She thrives off the opportunity to interact with a variety of people and enjoys getting to know them on an individual level. She moved to St. Louis, after being born and raised in Farmington, Missouri, to attend college at Lindenwood University, receiving her bachelors in arts of marketing and an MBA degree. Danielle lives in St. Louis County and is a Wish Granter for “Make A Wish Foundation” in her spare time.

Bet you didn’t know: Danielle created her own Swarovski sneakers line that were featured on Shark Tank where she was told by Mr. Wonderful to “bring on the bling!”

Jared Greenlee

Technical Recruiter

Jared joined the Concero team in May 2016. He has an extremely dedicated work ethic, which also brought him success as a four-year NCAA D3 basketball starter. He enjoys the fast-paced, energetic and team-oriented atmosphere of Concero. He was drawn to IT recruiting for the opportunity to help others find the job of their dreams. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Fontebonne University and lives in St. Louis with his cat.

Bet you didn’t know: Jared is a choreographer and was a back up dancer in Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off video.

Michelle Restovich

Technical Recruiter

Michelle has been with Concero Technology Group since 2014. She enjoys the friendly environment and shares the Concero team’s passion for connecting businesses and IT professionals and helping consultants find the right fit in a position and achieve their career goals.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a BA in psychology and computer applications, Michelle’s previous positions have included technology sales and technical recruiting. A former NCAA women’s soccer player and National Champion, she is an avid fan of Notre Dame and St. Louis sports. She is married with four daughters and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Bet you didn’t know: If you can’t find Michelle on the weekends rock climbing, she can be spotted creating Irish lawn Gnome’s for her garden.

Tim Rittenhouse

Technical Recruiter

While Tim is new to recruiting, he is not new to the IT scene in St. Louis. Having spent the past 15 years as computer science teacher, technology integration specialist and administrator at the high school level, Tim is well connected in the St. Louis area and understands well the day-to-day roles of IT professionals. Tim uses his interpersonal skills and dedication to detail to assist IT professionals in finding their next career opportunity.

An active member of his community, Tim coaches youth sports and sits on the board of a local school system. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Louis University and a master’s degree in educational technology from the University of Missouri. Tim resides in Webster Groves with his wife, two sons, and daughter.

Bet you didn’t know: Tim is an award-winning chili chef and spends his weekends cooking.

Aaron Schwander

Technical Recruiter

Aaron joined the Concero in August 2016 coming to the team with two years of experience in IT recruiting. Aaron is focused on developing relationships by helping IT professionals with their career goals. His goal is to create a“win-win” scenario by working closely with the team of recruiters and account managers on behalf of Concero clients and consultants. A graduate from Central College in Pella, Iowa, Aaron received a bachelor’s of business administration degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. While in college, he spent a semester studying in the Netherlands where he traveled to 12 countries and conducted an internship for an HR software company. Aaron resides in St. Charles.

Bet you didn’t know: Aaron is fluent in Chinese and Japanese and likes to hand letter ancient Chinese texts and sell them on ebay.

Blair Turley

Blair Turley

Technical Recruiter

Blair’s pursuit of diversification brought him to Concero Technology Group; he has a love of learning new things and furthering himself through education and experience. He believes that to truly have an understanding of a subject you must fully entrench yourself in it. Given the ability to meet with the top IT professionals in St. Louis has allowed both himself and Concero Technology Group to align great people with great career opportunities.

Blair is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to St. Louis to pursue both his undergraduate and graduate degree at Fontbonne University. While attending Fontbonne University, Blair met his wife and now resides in Affton, Missouri.

Bet you didn’t know: Blair is still looking for the most intriguing ways to utilize a Raspberry Pi.


Amy Drozda

Sr. Client Relationship Executive

Amy joined Concero Technology Group in November 2014. She brought with her over 12 years of experience in IT staffing. She has a strong passion for helping her clients achieve success through their most important asset, their people. The most rewarding part of her job is working collaboratively with the recruiters to ensure the perfect match between the IT professional and the client.

Amy is a graduate of Missouri State University where she earned her degree in marketing. Amy resides in St. Louis with her husband and three children.

Bet you didn’t know: Amy is still an active participant and coach for her Synchronized Swimming team.

Allyson Donovan

Client Relationship Executive

Allyson Donovan brings with her more than a decade of sales experience in the St. Louis area, providing her with a depth of networking connections and an expansive knowledge of the local market. She enjoys solving problems and considers herself a “high achiever.” With a penchant for being detail oriented, she also is dedicated to figuring out what the big picture is so she can better help her clients. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lindenwood University. Allyson is from St. Louis where she resides with her husband, Don.

Bet you didn’t know: In her spare time, you can find her 20 ft in the air mastering the art of aerial silks.

Jason Harris

Sr. Client Relationship Executive

Jason brings to the Concero team his experience in technology sales and management, having sold hardware, software, cloud and consulting services across a broad range of industries and verticals. With a talent for building relationships, Jason has spent over a decade helping organizations, large and small, align their business requirements with the right technology solutions, services and people. In building long-term partnerships with his clients, Jason is always looking to go the extra mile, leveraging an attention to detail and commitment to excellence to produce positive outcomes, again and again.

Jason has both a bachelors and law degree from the University of Missouri and is a die-hard Missouri Tiger fan. Although originally from New Jersey, Jason now resides in O’Fallon, Missouri with his wife and two sons.

Bet you didn’t know: Jason is very distant relative of Tony Soprano… or maybe Joe Pesci!

Rochelle Murchison

Sr. Client Relationship Executive

Rochelle began her career in recruitment advertising and moved into technology recruitment nearly 12 years ago. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from IT staffing, where she spent the majority of her career, but also an understanding of her clients’ point of view from working internally within human resources for a healthcare technology company. Her success has come from her true respect and interest in building relationships with her clients and consultants, while also listening to and understanding their interests and goals.

Rochelle attended both Saint Louis University-Madrid and Lindenwood, where she received a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications. She resides in O’Fallon, Missouri with her husband and three boys and is surprisingly embracing her recent status of soccer mom.

Bet you didn’t know: Rochelle is a trained ventriloquist and performs often with her “dummy” companion, Anita Job.

Keith Quigley

Keith Quigley

Client Relationship Executive

Keith is a results-oriented leader with 17 years of successful recruiting experience. He is responsible for leading Concero’s recruiting team for information technology sourcing and screening of potential IT professionals. Prior to joining Concero Technology Group, Keith spent 15 years recruiting, managing, and coaching in higher education. Keith is actively involved in local and charitable organizations in the St. Louis area. Keith has a master’s degree in business administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis.

Bet you didn’t know: On the weekends Keith is known as the Kettle Corn King. Good luck finding his booth in the St. Louis area!


Kayla McClarney

Client Support Specialist

In her role at Concero, Kayla uses her significant project management skills to ensure that office is operating efficiently. She assists with all of the IT new hires, staying very organized and following up so all the integral paperwork is accurate and complete. Kayla has a warm-hearted personality and finds that being a part of the Concero team is both fun and rewarding. Newly married, she resides in St. Louis with her husband, Aaron. In her spare time, Kayla likes to plan and organize events for local women and children’s shelters.

Bet you didn’t know: Kayla was once a competitor on American Ninja Warrior and almost made it to the final challenge show.
