A graduate of Fontbonne University, where he earned both his undergraduate and an MBA degree while working full-time.
Bet you didn’t know: TJ likes to make complicated origami superhero figures, and he is most proud of his Marvel comics series, featuring a battle between Thor and his nemesis, Loki.
Danielle’s enthusiasm for life is infectious. She is a wish granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, passionate about dancing, and she has even been skydiving!
More than anything else, she wants to hear your story and help you shape your life through new and exciting opportunities.
Her experience includes recruiting in the public sector and working as a professional NFL cheerleader for the St. Louis Rams. She moved to St. Louis from Farmington, Missouri, to attend college at Lindenwood University, where she earned her bachelor of arts in marketing and then completed her MBA degree.
Bet you didn’t know: Danielle created her own Swarovski sneakers line that were featured on Shark Tank where she was told by Mr. Wonderful to “bring on the bling!”
Jared is a laid-back guy who can make you laugh at even the worst jokes. But when it comes to helping talented technical people advance their careers, he is always serious.
Jared is a Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals fan, but his real passion is for basketball. Outside the office, you will find Jared playing, watching or coaching the game.
Since joining Concero in 2016, Jared has taken every advantage of the company’s coaching and training opportunities, and he is proud to be part of what he says is the best all-around team in St. Louis. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Fontbonne University.
Bet you didn’t know: Jared is a choreographer and was a back up dancer in Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off video.
Brad’s diverse background and non-traditional career route provides him life experiences that helps him to relate to most any candidate he meets. As an electrician, he had to excel at technical knowledge, and as a recruiter, he realizes the importance of company culture and being a part of a team.
He’s inspired by the successes of his colleagues and proud to be a part of a fun and hard-working group of people at Concero.
A graduate of Central Methodist University with a degree in business administration, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible.
Bet you didn’t know: Brad goes on spelunking adventures throughout the caves of the Midwest with a goal to visit all of the more than 7,300 caves in Missouri. Currently, he has 7,299 caves to go.
Bethany uses her diverse life experience to help gain a better understanding of her consultants’ goals. As someone who doesn’t believe in living half-heartedly, she can point to her own personal story to encourage others to pursue their dreams. Her philosophy is to make all of her working relationships as honest, communicative and positive as possible – and perhaps disarm them with her distinctive laugh.
She attended the University of Kansas, where she studied business and management. She then went on to serve as education services coordinator at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, while she was active in the professional dance community in New York City.
A native of St. Louis, Bethany likes to give back to her community and is a volunteer with Cardinals Care and Helping Hands, as well as the non-profit Living Water International.
Bet you didn’t know: Every year Bethany takes part in a 10-Day Silent Meditation Retreat that is based on the practice of Vipassana Meditation, during which she is not allowed to talk or read and must sit for 10 hours each day in silence.
Senior Professional Recruiter
Michelle wants to know what makes you happy. She says when her candidates are happy, excited, and satisfied with their careers, it makes her feel happy too.
Michelle has been working in the recruitment industry since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a BA in psychology and computer applications. Her previous positions have included technology sales and technical recruiting.
A former NCAA women’s soccer player and national champion, she is an avid fan of Notre Dame and St. Louis sports.
Bet you didn’t know: If you can’t find Michelle rock climbing on the weekends, she can be spotted creating Irish lawn gnome’s for her garden.
From renovating his home to playing guitar to singing in a church worship band, Aaron is a man of many talents.
One of the things he likes most about his work as a recruiter is the opportunity to network and get to know so many people while talking about how critical their IT and technical skills are to businesses.
A graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, Aaron received a bachelor of business administration degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. While in college, he spent a semester studying in the Netherlands where he traveled to 12 countries and conducted an internship for an HR software company.
Bet you didn’t know: Aaron enjoys using his wooden hand lathe to make highly intricate, custom banisters and rails.
Patrick thrives on excitement. One of his ambitions in life is to ride all the fastest roller coasters in the world. He finds the technical recruitment field exhilarating too. It is filled with moments of suspense and celebration as candidates interview for – and then land – their ideal jobs.
Patrick has a BS in business administration from Fontbonne University where he was a four-year starter for the baseball team. Prior to working in technical recruiting, he worked in the insurance and catering industries.
Bet you didn’t know: Patrick’s brother was Mose, Dwight Schrute’s brother on the hit TV show The Office.
Senior Professional Recruiter
Blair likes to know how people tick. “How did you get to where you are today?” is one of the first questions on his lips when he meets new people. And meeting new people is what he likes best about his job at Concero.
When he is off the clock, he likes nothing more than to pack up his tent and fishing rods and head to the water’s edge for the weekend. He is also an archery enthusiast.
Blair is originally from San Diego, California. He moved to St. Louis to pursue both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Fontbonne University. His career includes working in both retail operations and marketing.
Bet you didn’t know: Blair is still looking for the most intriguing ways to utilize a Raspberry Pi.
Some people are inherently competitive. A former collegiate baseball player who likes to win, Matt, brings that same spirit and drive to the office that he had on the field. Everyone at Concero is on the same team working toward the same goal, but there’s an added level of fun when the stakes and the rewards are high. Whether he’s talking through a possible position with a candidate or working with one of his own colleagues, Matt gets satisfaction from achieving his goals and helping others.
A graduate of Webster University, Matt earned his degree in business management. He played shortstop on the Webster University baseball team.
Bet you didn’t know: Matt took park in the Ultimate Typing Championship and has an average typing speed of 195 wpm.
